Love this B&N (except the paid parking situation)! I guess this store is for students who walk here? There is no parking except on the street where it's a quarter for 10 minutes. That's NYC...

The store is wonderful. The loss of two stars was because the cashier literally threw scanned merchandise into a bag. Apparel was not folded but worse, was that the ceramic coffee mug was dropped...
