Very good bagels, subs and rolls. Large portions and fresh ingredients. Good selection of egg sandwiches, subs, creative specialty sandwiches.

Unprofessional and rude staff who are all teenagers. Bagels are not good for its price.

Their response to poor quality and dissatisfaction was berating the the customer and trying to correct her grammar (which was correct) with improper grammar. Classless, which is fitting for the area.
