I should know better than to go into s Best Buy and expect anything other than Best Buy quality service. This location did not fail to make me feel like going home and purchasing the item online....

This location signed me up for a geek squad membership without my understanding and I just got a charge for $190 a year later. I'll never shop here again and they won't be getting my money.

Horrible Phone Customer Service is really terrible! Only way to talk to a real person Is to drive 45 minutes to talk to the manager- ridiculous!!

Absolutely horrible schedule an appointment and rush me out the way to help someone else that also had an appointment. Basically denying any help even though I scheduled it through apple care.
