Pejman Lavian, MD is a member of Summit Healths Family Medicine team. Dr. Lavian provides a variety of services for patients of all ages, from children to adults. He is skilled and experienced in areas of primary care, preventive medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, and sports medicine. Dr. Lavian takes time to listen to the concerns of each patient and learn their family history so he can consistently provide patients with comprehensive, high-quality care. Howard Baum

Howard B. Baum, MD, FACP, specializes in a wide range of gastrointestinal problems, including liver diseases, digestive diseases, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome, and chronic hepatitis C. He has been a mentor for high school students from Passaic and Paterson. He also has chaperoned cultural exchange programs for underserved residents of Tobago, which involved students from Wayne Township and the Montgomery School. He has helped organize the Team Tobago Soccer Exchange, which enabled elite soccer players from Tobago to compete with top northern New Jersey soccer teams.
