October 2004 Broad Financial was founded as a private real estate firm focusing on the development of residential, retail, and industrial real estate along the East Coast. January 2009, our focus experienced a paradigm shift. The catalyst for that shift came in the form of a simple question. How to use IRA's for investing in real estate. The benefit of investing IRA's in real estate, is to outperform the market as the stock market goes through a slump.
