Each and every time I've been to this bank, it has been quick and smooth transactions! I would not change anything else about it and I'm glad to have Capital One as my bank..especially the Passaic...

Still terrible service. They are closing and reduced staff to bare minimum. I guess they are passed caring.

Went in to see if they could exchange a 50 dollar bill which was torn but taped and the rude teller said no that it was not accepted. I Googles it and the response said it could be exchanged at...
