Me & my cousin went in for the BOGO, on the website it says 4pm-closing and they close at 11pm. They said the BOGO ended at 8pm & got charged for 2 bowls at 8:02pm. If they told me it ended at 8pm...

Honestly if you are in the area...this is the ONLY good Chiptole around. They dont skimp on the bowls or burritos ( if you go in person) and the staff is always friendly and kind! For how busy it...

THE SERVICE IS SO BAD!! I only come here with my grandchildren because they like the food. So disgusting in the store, and workers are very unfriendly. Do not recommend this location.
