Based in Plainfield, N.J., United Family & Children s Society specializes in providing professional adoption and mental health counseling services to the local communities. The organization offers its counseling services to individuals, children, couples and families to cope better with a variety of problems, such as anger, anxiety, depression, parenting problems, mental instability, stress, unplanned pregnancy, family conflict, separation/divorce and sexual abuse cases, to name a few. It also provides a range of children s services and special programs, as well as adoption services to prospective adoptive parents. United Family & Children s Society is a certified partner of the United Way of Greater Union County and Somerset County United Way.
