After reading these reviews, I must have came on a good day! The kiosk was easy enough to use though good luck trying to get your fountain drink. It's much easier to just grab one of the bottles...

In Newark airport it's not a bad option. For burgers it was $5 cheaper than other burger options nearby. I got the custom burger which came American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, custom sauce...

Terrible service, terrible food, and long wait. I didn't think it was that possible to mess up a burger and have me longing for in-n-out as much as I did. Not even worth $5 let alone $20 lol
