Burnt and hard. Got a replacement after we drove back around to let them know... then the new one was underdone as a strike of revenge.

Coffee is good but too hot. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and the croissant was burnt! I live 25 minutes away so I couldn't even exchange it. Don't think I'll be going back.
