all Dunkin reviews look the same -- don't y'all think it may have absolutely nothing to do with the employees? I can say for myself that there isn't a face at this location i'm less than delighted...

I guess this is why they removed the word "donuts" from their brand name. It's because they suck at making them.

Bad & rude service! Food just thrown in a bag with no wrapping. It looked terrible! I had to demand a refund or an exchange.
