Been here numerous times and they always get orders wrong. Their customer service has gone down the tube along with their quality. Everyone here just seems excessively rude, and continue to...

Wow...clean, efficient, and friendly. All the things one hopes for a coffee spot but usually aren't found at many Dunkins. I have clients up here now so maybe I'll frequent it more often!

Horrible customer service. The attendants have sneezed and continued making food and then screamed at us when we asked them to wash their hands. Go around to Hopatcong. Much nicer.

I had a coupon for a free coffee from my dd perks. Used it this morning and the guy at the register glared at me after scanning it, while ripping it up. Such a weird dirty look.
