The Pediatric Post-COVID CARE (Comprehensive Assessment, Recovery and Evaluation) Program works in collaboration with your pediatrician to ensure that your child who had COVID-19 and/or multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS-C) as a result of COVID-19 receives the necessary physician follow-up. A patient navigator will facilitate appointment scheduling with the necessary specialists to address your child’s individual needs. Hours vary so please call for an appointment.
