Union Emergency Medical Unit (Union EMU) has been providing emergency medical services to Union Township, NJ, and surrounding communities since 2003. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, it operates with an all-volunteer Board of Directors and relies on public donations and patient transport revenue for its operations. The organization maintains a fleet of seven Basic Life Support ambulances and is staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) who offer critical care 24/7.
