There are actually three menus at Fuji Japanese Restaurant: one for sushi, one for lunch and another for dinner.The sushi menu includes small plates and combination platters of sushi and sashimi.There are nearly three-dozen forms of maki available as well, including specialty versions. This is the best sushi in the area by FAR. (I have committed myself to trying many sushi places.) Nothing in Haddonfield even comes close.
