Neha Rana, MD is a member of Summit Health's Urogynecology team. Trained in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Rana treats women with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, vaginal cysts, genitourinary and rectovaginal fistulas, urethral diverticulums, pelvic pain, painful bladder syndrome, postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction and a variety of other pelvic floor and gynecologic disorders using conservative, medical, and surgical modalities. Jillian Marano, DPT is a member of Summit Health's Urogynecology team. Dr. Marano has expertise in evaluating and treating a wide range of pelvic floor conditions and has special interest in prenatal, pregnant, and postpartum care. Dr. Maranos mission is to help people heal through holistic and individualized care. She places strong emphasis on creating treatment plans specific to the needs of each patient in an environment that promotes comfort and healing. In addition to her urogynecology knowledge, Dr. Marano has ten years of experience working in an orthopedic setting where she treated a variety of conditions and sports injuries. She believes this background equipped her with the ability to see the whole person and identify any factors that may be contributing to a patients primary health concern. Dr. Marano developed a passion for pelvic floor physical therapy after her own personal experience with pelvic pain. After experiencing the benefits of therapy firsthand, I was drawn to helping others who suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction, says Dr. Marano. Being able to alleviate stress and discomfort for my patients is incredibly rewarding.When not caring for patients, Dr. Marano enjoys spending time with her family, exercising/running, being outdoors, and going to the beach.
