Everything! This is a beautiful studio filled with people of all shapes. The class is rigorous but the instructors make it fun and meaningful. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I wish I lived...

The studio is nice and the class is great, but if you have any sort of social anxiety -- avoid this place. They make you shake hands and talk with people in the beginning (kind of like in church)...
