I place order @ 8:49am for an 11:30am pickup yet it isn't ready when I arrive at 11:30am. The response..."we have a lot of orders". Really? Is that my issue? How about prioritizing orders?

I usually love JM but this location is just okay. It's weird because I would assume they would use all the same ingredients but my sub was super plain and not that great. They forgot the hot...

I like the fact that they have different kinds of bread instead of just white bread. We usually just do pick up so it is nice and quick.
