History

NJ MFR center has treated hundreds of people with many different conditions including fibromyalgia, chronic pain, poor posture, back and neck pain, headaches, migraines to name a few. Each person is assessed and treated on an individualized basis, targeting problem areas, which results in faster more permanent healing. Specific home treatments for each client will be discussed and demonstrated.

Specialties

Myofascial Release Therapy is a hands-on therapy which targets chronic pains all over the body. It consists of gentle application of sustained pressure into areas of your body that will result in heat and increased blood flow in the area. This allows the body's inherent ability for self correction to return, thus eliminating pain and restoring the optimum performance of the body.
