This is my regular lab. I know the kiosk check-in drill, so no surprises. Reception rep was very professional and a skilled multitasker. I always (kindly) alert the phlebotomist that my veins...

DO NOT GO HERE. I came in with my husband for a routine blood draw. We left with a hematoma the size of a large gumball on his arm. VERY painful. She had zero skill, no bedside manner, literally...

I was there for a blood draw on Friday. They literally jabbed my arm and it hurt badly at time of procedure. Now I have a large bruise which is still increasing and pain. Clearly they injured me....

Why didn't I read the reviews about this place? It was efficient but unpleasant. My "nurse" spoke to me in single word orders full of irritation that I was in her world...when she spoke at all....
