Very unprofessional. I found out my appointment slot was triple booked and I waited 7 hours. The staff told me "shit happens".

Friendly staff.. Very accommodating and does a thorough job. Also has a light and gentle hand which is hard to find when it comes to dentists. Very happy with the appointment I had!
