Constant water shut offs and fire alarms. It's becoming more than a nuisance all of the residents here are becoming extremely frustrated due to the same problems being presented over and over again

Like all newly constructed "luxury" buildings, there will be issues. Dog feces and urine in the hallways. Way too high amenitiy fees. But the biggest problem is with the bar/restaurant across...
