This place is a dump. Dirty rooms, burn holes in sheets, tar from cigarettes dripping on walls and fixtures. Roaches crawling around, hot water takes 10 minutes to get to room. No management...

Absolutely disgusting. Not clean at all and cockroaches everywhere. The bathroom was so dirty I couldn't even take a shower.
