Nurturing Nest Family Wellness

History

Nurturing Nest Family Wellness has been serving the South and central New Jersey area for the past two years. We have provided groups sessions, as well as private sessions in any of our workshops. Kids Yoga Day has been provided to summer camps for the past three years. Free Infant Massage Classes and Nutrition Education Classes have been offered at non-profit organizations, and at state conferences. We provide community awareness by creating events like the annual World Breastfeeding Week, The Big Latch On, and Live-Love-Latch; Food Day; and, educational workshops at public libraries. We thrive on the passion of parents wanting to learn more, and on the many volunteers that want to make a difference in their communities.
