Friendly staff, a variety of boba options to choose from, and their mochi donuts are so good!!! Btw, I'm particular about cooked tapioca and they never fail me! Best boba place around. Go get some!

Was so excited to find a boba joint within walking distance of my home but oh man, it was so watered down. Disappointing excuse for boba. Do not recommend at all.

Bubble tea with seating. Only serves bubble tea in many variation's and mochi donuts. Street parking. Fast service.
