"Customer service needs improvement. There's times when you walk in and the gentleman working is talking on his phone, making the customer wait until he's done or "notices that you're standing..."

"Update: still a great spot - just adding to say they don't have any other milk options for cafe con leche! I wish they did as so many people have shifted to milk alternatives. Not a big problem..."
