The gym and bathrooms are clean and all the machines work. Only issue is there is no Sauna.

I have been a member at this location since 2020. I used to love this gym. The staff is friendly and courteous however management has really dropped the ball. Machines get broken and are not fixed...

Front desk constantly on their phones, not attentive to paper towels or bathroom cleaning, some equipment broken, members taking up equipment time using phones, and not wearing appropriate gym...

Men's bathrooms are rarely cleaned, specifically toilets and urinals. Front desk staff is constantly changing. Some front desk staff are often on their phones and don't even acknowledge members...
