Never really too busy. Almost completely empty at 3am. Friendly staff and always a clean facility.

Gym is clean and convenient. Can get crowded at any time because it's in a town with many retirees. Music is not great and is often too loud. The majority of people working out are wearing...

I think this gym would benefit having a glute thrusts machine. Performing this exercise on a smith machine is less effective due to the lack of elevation and angle of the foot position.
