We recently bought one of their trees from a retail store . When we open the box the tree stand was missing .I called them directly and the next day I had the stand . Very nice customer service .

Cannot connect with a representative via Phone. I`m trying to get some spare bulbs for my $850 Tree . Their Website states that these bulbs are Sold out. SOLD OUT????? First week of December???
