They literally did not give me my pie chips toppings and was told that they were not allowed to give it out and i asked why, they said they dont know but the only reason is that the dispenser...

Stopped by the other day before noon. Once noon hit they promptly opened. Quick service. Would return again.

So good. For an Icey spot, they've got some great frozen custard that tastes just like icecream, if not better, IMO. Highly recommend.
