Sarah Prego, LCSW is a member of Summit Health's Behavioral Health and Cognitive Therapy Center team. Ms. Prego is trained and experienced in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based practices that can be tailored to address each person's individual needs. Ms. Prego prioritizes creating a positive and supportive environment where she can assist patients through a variety of challenging situations and medical conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), self-harm, and eating disorders.Outside of work, Ms. Prego enjoys exercising, playing with her Siberian Husky, and tackling weekend DIY projects.

She also has had positions with the Juvenile Court Medical Services, Kennedy Krieger Institute at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Child and Family Therapy Clinic, Loyola Clinical Centers, and Kennedy Krieger Institute Department of Developmental Cognitive Neurology, all located in Baltimore, Maryland.  Dr. Bickoff also has been a teaching assistant for graduate students learning counseling skills at Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.Dr. Bickoff is a member of the New Jersey Psychological Association, American Psychological Association, and New Jersey Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists.When she is not working with her patients, Dr. Bickoff enjoys spending time with her family, going to the theater, painting, interior design, watching movies, traveling, and reading.
