Seaside Serenity Counseling, LLC is a private practice in mental health counseling to assist clients to ameliorate stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem challenges and a variety of other difficulties through creating a safe space for clients to talk about their feelings and learn coping skills to manage uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.
