They are terrible!!!! I had a quote and when they arrived they tried to upsell me. When I said no, the tech explained that the carpet would have a bad odor without the additional costs for $90....

$500 spent on 45 minutes of show off cleaning. For that money I could have purchased the machine and do whatever little cleaning that was performed. Justice and Gabe were just shameless about it....
