HistoryHolistic Flows Yoga was born out of a passion for yoga + connection with others. Jackie Herman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), and her trainings have been conducted through YogaLife Institute in Wayne, PA. Prior to beginning her yoga trainings, Jackie took her Marketing & Entrepreneurship knowledge from Saint Joseph's University and worked in the corporate world for several years. It was there that she fully discovered the world of benefits that a regular yoga practice could provide - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Over the next few years, she took steps to continue her knowledge and evolution of yoga as a lifestyle, bringing her to this point, today.SpecialtiesBased out of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Holistic Flows' private yoga coaching sessions are customized to your specific goals and preferences, giving you the opportunity to custom-build your yoga lessons. It's all up to your personal goals and interests! Jackie's personal teaching style reflects a combination of her Classical Yoga education, along with her background as a student of Power Vinyasa. This fusion allows for a bit of crossover, both as a teacher and as a practicing yogi, and opens up space for students to bring their own individuality to their sessions.
