Synergy Home Care

New Concepts is a community nonprofit organization serving people with disabilities and their families, and is based in Rochelle Park, N.J. Its initial focus was on providing housing with necessary supports and services for people with disabilities. It has grown from one residential home in 1986, to several homes throughout Bergen County, N.J., including group homes, supervised apartments and supportive living plans. Its Achievement Center provides various services, such as vocational training for people with disabilities, as well consumer and family education. New Concepts also conducts recreational activities, such as dance classes, swimming program, trips to nearby places of interest, and parties on special occasions, including Valentine s Day.
