Tabernacle Township School District

Kenneth R. Olson Middle School, located in Tabernacle, N.J., is a public school that provides academic education to students in grades five through eight. The school enrolls more than 500 students and is a part of the Tabernacle School District. Its curriculum includes English, language arts, science and social studies. Kenneth R. Olson Middle School offers the National Junior Honor Society program and physical education. The school emphasizes on active learning, reading, creative writing and communication skills. Additionally, it organizes various extracurricular activities, such as art, vocal and instrumental music, jazz band, logic games and dance. The middle school has a media center that provides curriculum books, electronic resources, audiovisual aids, and organizes viewing programs on discovery channel. It also provides various sports activities for its students, such as basketball.
