That Pottery Place

History

Our studio has come a long way since it opened. Though we are primarily a Pottery Painting Studio we also offer Glass Fusing parties. We offer Mosaic and Canvas Painting as a walk in option as well as parties. We conduct art classes where children and/or adults learn to sketch and paint using pencil, charcoal, watercolors and acrylics. We also offer camps during summer at various locations.

Specialties

We are an independent Paint Your Own Pottery Studio. It's a great place to hang out with your family and friends. Come in and select from our wide variety of unfinished pottery. We have everything from banks, boxes, vases, figurines to dinnerware. Paint your selected pottery using real pottery glazes. Everything we use is food safe and non toxic. Leave your painted pottery with us so we can clear glaze and fire it and make it usable. Your finished pottery can usually be picked up in 7-10 days. During summer and the holidays we are a little busier so the finishing time might be a little longer. We also offer Wheel Throwing classes. Sign up for a single lesson or a series of classes. Create a functional piece of pottery from scratch. Call us for more information. For all of you that like painting with acrylics we also offer canvas painting.
