Sarah Prego, LCSW is a member of Summit Health's Behavioral Health and Cognitive Therapy Center team. Ms. Prego is trained and experienced in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based practices that can be tailored to address each persons individual needs. Ms. Prego prioritizes creating a positive and supportive environment where she can assist patients through a variety of challenging situations and medical conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), self-harm, and eating disorders.Outside of work, Ms. Prego enjoys exercising, playing with her Siberian Husky, and tackling weekend DIY projects.
