The UPS store at Rockaway NJ is under new ownership. This Store is now the best UPS store i go to. The old reviews posted during previous management but things are much different in positive way...

The new owners and staff make this a pleasant place to drop off packages now. They actually smile and are kind and are focused on customer service.
