Troy Container Lines was founded in 1984 in partnership with the Catucci family, well known warehouse and stevedore operators, respected for quality and financial integrity. Bad attitude. We called them to help us with the goods release. They told us that we better call the government or santa for assistance. Very rude. We do not recommend working with them.

Totally unreliable. Delivery 1 month later than the ETA and free out costs 10 times higher than other lines. Not responding to messages neither from the shipper nor from the agent. Replies...
