Horrible service...I gave the gentleman the specs on hot water heater he told he knew exactly what needed and never looked at them and got the wrong one and they refuse to take it back in exchange...

I tried to buy a hydrant - Woodford yard hydrant and they never called me back then I asked if they could just give me a price and the guy hangs up on me..... Poor Customer Service
