Bad customer service, whatever happened to being courteous and friendly and greeting customers. First time here you walk in to two people sitting at the desk no greeting just a look up and down....

The receptionist Carmen is very rude and made me wait for a period of time to pick up my glasses. It not the first time she been rude to costumer. I don't know why they let her work at the front desk.
