Everything was set up wonderfully and they gave me a fresh hot pretzel for free pretzel day. The staff was kind and efficient. Definitely recommend!!

Honestly wouldn't give 1 star. Order of nugget pretzels were burnt on bottom, requested a new order, same! That suggests oven is dirty. Went on to order a regular pretzel, It was so hard! Sorry...
