HistoryWe started Carpet & Upholstery cleaning back in 2002 because we could not find another firm that could meet our customer's expectations. Simple things like getting there on time, getting it clean, not over-wetting, not over-promising. Quite frankly, everyone we had recommended to our customers just left them angry (and dirty) and we were getting blamed! Since we were already a carpet and upholstery retailer, we apprached the manufacturers to learn which cleaning methods they recommended.
