Sierra Health Care Center is a New Mexico-based nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers a variety of treatment and medical care options for individuals and families who suffer with health conations and diseases. The facility also offers intravenous and enteral therapies, as well as diabetes and tracheotomy care services. Sierra Health Care Center arranges optometry, X-ray, laboratory, podiatry, mental health, and dialysis, dental and hearing care services.
