Went by here today because I was next-door getting a burger and I wanted some real eggs from the farm as opposed to what Trader Joe's has on offer..... who knows what the hell those chickens have...

Great little store, however I would strongly recommend they stop selling the Yak (cut that looks like osso buco) Sous vide this for 48 hours and it was still very tough. Had to throw it away!
