Albuquerque's Original Chile Roaster Roasted red and green Chile, Chile Ristras, Chile pods and powders, and local produce. We've been an Albuquerque business seling local New Mexican produce since 1962, and roasting Hatch green chile since 1977! I'm the 4th generation owner, and I hope to carry our chile roasting tradition onward to my kids too! We are happy to be your favorite spot for roasted green chile, chile ristras, and all things New Mexico chile for the last 62 years!

This amazing place is an homage to all things chile! We were disappointed to not be able to go to the Farmer's Market in Santa Fe where we usually get our roasted chiles and green/red chile powder...

The best Chile quality, perfect roasting (!) and variety I've ever experienced. Thank you for every delicious meal And the absolutely gorgeous Ristras are unbelievable!!!
