Stopped here on our way to Silver City NM. First stop on the right coming from T R C. We drove from Tennessee. Bought a jar of Chile sauce med. Warm but good. Also the mix of Pistachios....

This is where you MUST go if you are in Hatch, NM!! The chilies are roasted fresh. The quality of the actual chilies as produce are top notch, grown locally in Hatch on their sprawling family...
