Locally owned brewery opened in the historic Sierra Ice and Water company building in Las Cruces, NM. The building and business had been a staple in the community, the building had existed for over 50 years when the new owner knew that location was the perfect spot for Icebox Brewing Co to begin the brewing journey! From the day this taproom on Picacho opened, the vision was to expand to multiple Icebox locations with each one having its own unique vibe. Today there are 5 Icebox taprooms from Las Cruces to Hatch New Mexico. The Icebox Brewing Co on Picacho offers a range of unique craft beers on tap, made right here onsite by the Icebox Brew Crew. Inside and patio seating available. We are always pet friendly on the patio. Live music on the weekends, events throughout the week.
