The peaches from Colorado and the grass fed, grass finished meat are superb. The community atmosphere is also a plus.

Incorporated in 1976, La Montanita Cooperative is a community-owned organization that offers several food items. The cooperative provides beef, lamb and meat, as well as a variety of natural and organic grocery items. It provides more than 1,100 products from over 400 producers. La Montanita Cooperative also employs a staff of nearly 200 people. It offers deli items that include a range of salads, entrees and side dishes. The cooperative provides juices, muffins and scones. Came here while on vacation to pick up some breakfast stuff. Found cage free eggs, nitrate free bacon, grass fed beef, and local milk. I wish we had one of these where I am from!
